Due to the rising numbers of people chasing an eco-friendly lifestyle, more brands have come out with sustainable bathing suits. So we think it’s a good time to introduce the design process as well as the production of our sustainable swimwear.
Unlike the traditional bathing suit which is made of virgin polyamide and polyester, the recycled one is made of plastic fibers recycled from waste like disposed fishing nets and plastic bottles. Thanks to the new technology, the nylon made in this way can be recycled, recreated, and remolded multiple times. In that way, there will be no need to produce new plastic and give a second life to what is supposed to be trashed.
In the first place, we will help you look for suitable recycled shell fabric, power mesh, and liners. Many special fabrics are also made of recycled yarns, such as crochet fabric, shine fabric, metallic fabric, and so on. The quality of the recycled fabric is the same as the traditional one. Other than that, it will also meet strict sustainability criteria.
As long as the fabric is determined, we can start working on the color and print which will be presented on the clothing. We have a lot of self-designed prints for you to choose from. What comes next is the most exciting part designing your own brand's customed swimsuits and making samples to review. The styles can also be elegant, sporty, or comfortable, which could be anything that you prefer. We will try our best to make your design sheet comes true and adjust the shape based on the fitting and given comments.
Moreover, during our production, every step in the process must be legitimate and environmentally friendly. To prevent anything from leaking out and polluting the natural environment surrounded, all the wastewater and exhaust gas will be treated through the equipment before being let out. At the same time, the packing poly bags, labels, and swing tickets are also made of recyclable and biodegradable materials. So after the customers receive their swimwear products, everything disregarded will be fully recycled without causing any additional burden on our resources. Even the transport way can affect the carbon dioxide being released, using ship transportation will leave less carbon footprint and cost less than using an airplane.
